Having suffered from severe headaches most of my life, finding relief was a big deal to me. I have studied for years to find the proper self-care and have experienced many drug-free ways to find relief. Over the years I have learned to use bio-feedback, self-hypnosis, and yoga. I have seen chiropractors, physical therapists, and massage therapists. I have used audio and aromatherapy. I have studied and trained in multiple martial arts with a strong focus on their healing techniques.
After putting such a large focus on my personal self-care, I discovered that I really enjoyed helping find pain relief for those around me. I am now able—through massage therapy—to use everything I've learned to help others both with finding relief from their pain and avoiding it in the future.
I spend much of my personal time with my animals and family. My wife and our son have sheep, chickens, cats, and dogs. Thud, pictured with me, is our herd guardian and spends most of his time trying to get me to walk with him. Whatever it is that gets you up and moving is a great thing—and I want to help keep you moving. The number one philosophy that I started ASM Pain Relief with is that stagnation causes pain. I found a great group of people to help me out of my stagnation and I want to do the same for you.
